The Indomie Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop the next generation of professionals in Nigeria’s FMCG industry. Trainees will gain hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to the company’s fast-paced production and supply chain operations.

- Accountant (Graduate Management Trainee)
- Six Sigma Facilitator (Graduate Management Trainee)
Requirements for the Dufil Prima Indomie Graduate Trainee Programme
1. Accountant (Graduate Management Trainee)
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA) or in view.
- 1–2 years relevant experience (FMCG, retail, or manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and professionalism.
2. Six Sigma Facilitator (Graduate Management Trainee)
- First Class honours degree only.
- 0–5 years work experience.
- Not more than 30 years old.
- Eligible fields:
Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Microbiology, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering. - Must be willing to work at any company location.
