Dufil Prima Foods Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 Details

The Indomie Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop the next generation of professionals in Nigeria’s FMCG industry. Trainees will gain hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to the company’s fast-paced production and supply chain operations.

  1. Accountant (Graduate Management Trainee)
  2. Six Sigma Facilitator (Graduate Management Trainee)

Requirements for the Dufil Prima Indomie Graduate Trainee Programme

1. Accountant (Graduate Management Trainee)

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA) or in view.
  • 1–2 years relevant experience (FMCG, retail, or manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and professionalism.

2. Six Sigma Facilitator (Graduate Management Trainee)

  • First Class honours degree only.
  • 0–5 years work experience.
  • Not more than 30 years old.
  • Eligible fields:
    Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Microbiology, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering.
  • Must be willing to work at any company location.
