The NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship supports outstanding PhD students who demonstrate strong academic achievements and impactful research. Selected recipients gain not only financial support but also the chance to complete an in-person summer internship at NVIDIA’s research offices across the United States, Canada, Europe, Israel, and Taiwan. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Have completed at least one year of PhD-level studies.
- Be pursuing majors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or related areas.
- Be actively engaged in research for their PhD thesis.
- Remain enrolled as a full-time PhD student during the 2026-2027 academic year (not graduating before May/June 2027).
- Be available for an in-person summer internship at NVIDIA.
- Not be an immediate family member of an NVIDIA employee.
- Agree for the award to be administered through their university, not directly.

- Research summary or thesis proposal (up to 2 pages, plus bibliography).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- At least 2 professor nomination letters (one from thesis advisor mandatory, up to 3 total).
- Confirmation of availability for an in-person internship.

- Add professor contacts for recommendation letters.
